NAHASDA Program
HCA Housing Department is currently building a single family home for one of it's Tribal member families that have qualifies for the program. The house was designed by the Cold Climate Housing Research Center located in Fairbanks. The home has three bedrooms one bath, no hallways which is designed to be heated by a toyo heater. It has R-19 in the walls, and will have 4 inches of foam board on the outside, which will cut down on heating costs.
HCA Riverside Apartments
The Riverside has 12 units available to Hydaburg community members. There are currently no vacancies.
